to that email... (because, I never shut-up!)
I will say, that it makes a Huge impression on me - when an owner or
someone with great authority from an online casino takes the time to
personally respond to a question or issue or whatever the reason.
I got a short and pleasant email from Emma, which cleared up the confusion.
With that said...
I think I will give them a try - very soon.
I'm with Voodoo, I rec'd the same "account review" , minus the 50.00 refer-a-friend bonus. I have to say, they have added quite a few bonuses to my cashier and they have a low play thru with no max cash. Especially with the owner coming here and answering questions, I'm going to give them a chance.

The freeplay was fun... They sent me an email asking if i was a rival fan... I did not answer then, but, truth be told... I am... It said, "We see ur a member at other rival casinos, but, we will give you the bonus anyway..." Then, it didn't give me the bonus... Anyway, I like the background music, so I am gonna depo there as soon as cake funds my quicktender, always good to have another rival that might throw a free chip at cha sometime! That free play had quite the playthru. I fell bout 60K short, but fun nonetheless... Cheers

Hi!
Ever since tradition casino opened it has been my favourite one.
Generous bonuses and good serveice. This past weekend I was lucky to withdraw 300 (played way over the req wagering) and woops! today I am bonusblocked..
I get so frustrated when this is happening.
I have done NOTHING wrong. I have deposited frequently and been very loyal to the casino, and now they treat me as a criminal.
I get offended by this, maybe I shouldnt be..
I wrote to support (marked it To Emma) but she didnt answer.
I hope I get my 300 and after that I will never deposit there again!

I am on the virge to give up my playing at the rivals and I wont beg them about bonuses.
They treat players unfair and there are more groups of casinos to play with.
I am really upset right now, but in the end it is them who loose a good costumer.
