when i won the first time to tradition casino , i send my documents quickly lol , here , we know we may sent them as soon as possible , all rivals need these documents and faxback form before to process any withdrahal 
you may do it at each of them , dont wait to win, as soon you open a rival account

Well, I am starting to believe that Tradition already have a tradition of doing strange things 
I read this whole thread again and I believe I have to regreat saying so much positive about them.
I got bonuses when I signed up. Made deposits with and without bonuses. I wun some and got paid. So far it was alright. A few days ago I checked Tradition to see if it was anything for new year and found out that I was blocked for bonuses. Rival blocked me in may last year but I got the bonuses back from most of the casinos. Why in the world are they blocking me now?
Yes, I have asked them and they are not giving the bonuses back to me as long as Rivals has restrictions on me.
How sad that they stop thinking for themselves after so long time. I still have about ten other Rivals that want my money, so I am okey. Just wanted to let everyone know.

I cannot believe that a casino is incapable of hiring their own support staff. It's kind of like a single mother with 25 children, everyone loses! Needless to say, I find Tradition leaves a lot to be desired. I am completely disgusted. If I would have known that a 375.00 withdrawal was going to cause this much aggravation, I would have played until I went broke.
TDTAT, if I hear nothing by tomorrow, would you please try to contact Tradition and see what is going on? I would be most grateful.
