I have resorted to here, I do no tknow what else to do? I have emailed, I have called I have done live chat. I have never once got a reponse. When I call they say "OH manager will call you back" , chat says contact your manager. I email all the time. I have 3 withdrawals 1 from Jan 26th 2011 for 1000 and 2 from Feb 2 for 1000 & 400. Total of 2400. Funny thing is i have won money after that and have been paid ? I'm ready to give up but Sad

any one have any suggestions ,...please

dtorres313, Hi, I can try to help but it depends on which casino you were playing as to whether I can assist you. What casino is it? You played at the casino after they did not pay you and then they paid?

It's Supreme Play. and yes sounds stupid I did play after they did not pay me only because the bonus was really good and I won! I was supposed to be happy but the first thing I though was "OH no now I just added more to what they owe me. To my surprise I was paid the next day?? I was so confused and figured it was the form of withdrawal I used. The still pending money that is owed I did by ECheck and the other one that was paid the next day was Quicktender. I have used Echeck with other Rival casinos and they usually take 10 days to clear,...never a month. But, I think what is worst is everyone is ignoring me. Is there anything I can do?

dtorres313, Ok... First, Supreme play usally pays. Second, echeck withdrawals are held for like 10 days because some players write bad checks, so the casinos hold the cashouts to those, but as you said a month is not normal so there may be a problem.

Where you playing some bonus offer that restricted your play or had a maximum cashout rule? Was it a free chip or did you play a deposit bonus? Do the missing cashouts show in the cashier in your history as pending?

You may not be getting ignored, the casino emails may be getting blocked by your email provider. That happens to me all the time. I would go to live chat and explain and ask for a casino manager's direct email. Explain you are not getting any response and think the emails are being filtered. If they can not give that ask for an alternate email and add it to your safe list... sometimes those still get blocked for me, so getting an answer from live chat would be the best.

Let me know if you do not get a response in the next few days and I can assist further.

Maybe you can cancel the withdrawals and withdraw by quicktender...

I followed everthing correctly! There were cashout rules, but they took the bonus out. The withdrawals show still as pending. and last,....yes I did ask the same about a direct email to the account manager and I have left numerous phone messages for hime to call me. He has not responded. No one has. I look in my spam and nothing. The women that answers the phone phones me by my first name. So now what do I do? Please help

dtorres313, If the withdrawals show as pending, then cancel them and withdraw to quicktender. You had deposited via echeck and also with quicktender? If the cashier will not let you, ask live chat to reverse the cashout for you, maybe they can do that.

You are sure the bonuses you played did not have a maximum cashout rule?

The rival emails get totally blocked all the time, not just sent to a spam folder. You could go make a free gmail account and ask them to email you there. gmail is the only provider who usally does not block the rival emails. I know the email thing sounds fishy, but it happens to me at excellent casinos such as SlotoCash, so I know the problem is real and ongoing.

It seems to me that if they paid your cashout to quicktender, they are not just trying to screw you over... it is probably an echeck processor problem, of which there have been many in the last month or 2.

The witdrawals show as pending but not where I can change it. they have been flushed. I will try the reverse cash out but i'm positive they will tell me to reach out to my account manager.

I'm more than 400% positive i met the maximum cashout rule. I always look at the bottom of the page where it says cash out requirment has been met.

As for emails, would it make a difference that I get all there promotional emaisl come through just fine.

I really appreciate you responding to me, this makes me feel like maybe will get that money one day. I will keep you posted.

dtorres313, Hi! I am happy to help. However, There is more to a bonus that meeting the "wagering requirements". Some of the big deposit bonuses have maximum cashout rules. This means you can only withdraw a certain amount, no matter how much you win. If you played some big bonus, like over 100%, then you may have played a bonus with a maximum cashout rule. Maximum cashout rule means you can only win a certain amount. So if you hit one million, you may only be allowed to withdraw $500, depending on the bonus you claim.

Where it says "requirements met" that only means you have wagered the amount you have to wager, not that you have followed the other rules and it has nothing to do with a bonus possibly having a maximum cashout rule.

Additionally, almost all bonuses have game restrictions. Some bonuses are for play on slots only, some for video poker only, ect. If you play a game that is not allowed, then your winnings are VOID, and they will not pay.

It is VERY VERY important to read the full bonus terms and understand it before you claim a bonus. I have seen players win $5000 and only be allowed to cashout $500, and they did not know because they did not read the bonus terms. Then they get mad at the casino, but the terms should always be read before playing. Some bonuses are not worth playing and some are great to play. Sad

Hello, So I'm back and you know something is very wrong. I created a gmail account to hopfully get emails. However, I do recv there promotions. Funny I got on live chat last night and asked them about changing the withdrawal method and i was told to contact support but they would also email the manager about it. I decided to go on live chat, I got the same guy and once i gave him my name,....Ive been on hold for over 30 minutes with no response.

What is going on? Why wont they answer me?

dtorres313, I have no idea. Keep trying. The promotion emails come from a different email address than the other direct emails.

i had same problem with them and grand21

first they were very nice then after they never answer to my mail , manager give me his mail but doesnt worked and they also let us wait very very long time before we got answer and generaly they never say , always said we send a request to manager and you receveid a mail but i never see them , same thing for promotional mail ,nothing

its the reason i closed these two rival too Smile

i hope you send them your documents dtorres because if not you can wait a long time lol because we dont got the mail where they ask documents Sad

julien is the big manager , michelle is very bad and anna correct , sam was very good but under this username now its a woman , i know that because sam doesnt speack french and this woman yes , i tell her she is not sam and its not correct to use another pseudo because i knew sam very well

many things changed there and i dont appreciate

OMG!! Thanks for your response Samsarah1....I knew it wasnt me!! Yes, my papers are approved long long ago. Julien never answers his emails or the phone. I have had everyone tell me wait he will call you or answer you. I have created a gmail account to make sure maybe the emails were being blocked. But can you guess,....no repsonse.

What I don't understand is I won in Feb and they paid me. I used Quicktender instead of Echeck. I have not played anymore and i can't tell you how horrible I feel. I can't believe they can treat people this way. All I want is a response.

So what do you think,...will they ever pay me? or do I give up?

a friend also be paid the last winning but not the first lol i help her with live chat but they are hard to speack there

they pay you sur, but you may speack again to live chat again and again dont let them do what they want , finaly you ' ll got your money dont be afraid just they are long to answer lol

Don't give up. Hunt them every day if you have to.
Unfortunately I have read a lot of complaints about them. Not paying, non responsive. I closed my accounts at both of their casinos a long time ago after everything I read and my own problems with them.
I hope TDTAT can help you in some way.

Samsarah1 ,..LOL your great!! I call everyday and try the chat everyday and no response, i think that is the worst part. I'm on live chat right now already 45 minutes waiting. The minute I told them its me , they do not answer. UGHH,..well I will keep trying, but this is horrible and no one should have to go through this.
