dtorres313, Sure, click the "rival" banner at the bottom of the casino homepage and any gaming association banners, and find their contact info from the homepages of the banners you click... Complain to them... it is not like we can call the cops on them or report them to the FBI. Embarassed

dtorres313, I had the exact same problem, won money, emails not answered, got g mail account, still no answers, reversed winnings, lost and will never go back to Supreme Play. Lesson learned.

I know how you feel, too. There ARE good and reputable casinos out there, but you have to do your research. Trust me, I have been burned by the bad ones, too! (And it really sucks!) Angry
Good luck, all I can suggest is that you keep hassling them and don't give up. OH, and from now on, play at recommended, reputable casinos! Wink

Thanks for updating their status TDTAT. It's surprising that Rival are letting them get away with their behaviour since it's been so many complaints these last month. I hope it will be a change of management soon.

dtorres313 don't give up! Go to their livechat everyday asking about your withdrawal. Keep sending them mails, but whatever you do, don't get angry and rude. They will use that against you if they can. And don't threaten them about you posting in forums.

Good advice Drakella! I wont give up! But, does anyone know how to contact Rival or the scam police LOL . I tried clicking on the banner like TDTAT said but it does not work?

Or Please if anyone reads this that know a higher place i can go to report this madness. Please respond!!

With businesses that are not approved in the USA, there is not much to do. It is like trying to call the police if your drug dealer rips you off... Confused
That is why it is imporatnt to research a casino BEFORE you play or deposit... that is why sites like noluckneeded exist. This is why we want online gambling regulated in the usa.

dtorres313, I just got this response from the casino, so I hope you will be paid soon.... almost all of the casinos have a monthly or weekly payment limit. I did not realize you had cashed out so much or could have told you about this earlier.

Hi Tawnia, I am sorry for the delayed reply, there have been a few problems withour internal mailing system. Anyways, the player will be paid her last payment until the end of the week. Since the player had overall more than USD 8,000 in WD this was paid in installments and according to our t&c. There was only a delay in the last payment for which we apologize.

They said it was because of withdrawal limits... I did not realize you had cashed out around $8000 or I could have explained earlier... most of the casinos have weekly/monthly limits.

I just wanted to clear this up,..it was bothering me last night so I looked at the withdrawals i had that would have caused them not to pay me.

TDTAT I really believe it was your doing mostly! I won 4400 that whole month of Feb, not 8000. This money I just got was from Jan. Either way, customer service is a major thing. All they had to say is I reached my limit. Forgive me but something is funny.

Drakella I bothered them so much they probably said OMG! lets get rid of her,..LOL
