I HAVE MADE A LOT OF WITHDRAWS FROM CASINO SHARE. NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN I CAN'T SEEM TO GET GOOD SERVICE AND NOW THE LAST TWO WITHDRAWS HAVE BEEN DELAYED. I KNOW I WAS SPOILED BY THE QUICKNESS OF THE OTHERS, BUT I JUST SPOKE WITH SOMEONE FROM THE 800 NUMBER AND IT SEEMED LIKE I WAS GETTING A RUN A ROUND. HE DIDN'T HAVE ANY IDEA WHY MY WITHDRAW WAS NOT RELEASED TO QUICKTENDER YET ??? HE SAID HE WOULD GO TO THE DEPARTMENT PERSONALLY AND SEE IF HE COULD GET IT RELEASED TODAY OR MAYBE TOMORROW OR SO (OR SO?) IT REALLY HASN'T BEEN THAT LONG, IT'S JUST UNUSUAL. ANY INFO WOULD BE APPRECIATED. Wink

Sometimes the processors they use to pay have problems and sometimes
they change processors and that causes delays for a day or 2.
They will pay, so I would not worry too much.

I used to get it the very next day. I am not really worried. It was just unusual. I withdrew on Friday (they say Sat) and I flushed it. Even with the weekend I would usually get it the next day. But when I didn't receive it this morning, I called and the guy didn't seem to have any clue what the hold up was? I have also received very poor service from one rep named Vera on four separate issues. I just wondered if the casino changed management or not because if this is the new norm it kinda sucks in comparison to the usual. I know I got spoiled with the great service. Thumbup

sammy, No they did not change managers that I know of. Sometimes support people at any casino can have a bad day or be recently trained.

Send an email "attention manager" and complain Thumbup

I can tell you this much, I will keep depositing at playshare but not like I use to, the service is really not that good any more, I have a VIP that sleeps while I'm awake, doesn't make since, and I'm not allowed to speak to anyone else, now that I slowed down my deposits I was told that I need to deposit $2500 or more to maintain a special status every month, this month is not over yet and already I'm being threaten that I will lose my status, so I'm done with them, just a few deposits every now and then. By the way "attention manager" doesn't work, I told them to have the manager email me and I never heard from anyone. It's just not the same anymore. Sad

I agree, I did email "attention manager" and every other email address for that matter and all mail was simply returned. And Vera was not new. She is actually a supervisor according to her. And the deposit is not there yet, hopefully tomorrow.

Well, I haven't received the withdraw yet. When I spoke with online support yesterday I definately got a big run around. I was first told "sometime later in the week" and when I told him I was told "at the very latest Tuesday" and now it is Wednesday, he then changed his mind and said "probably today or tomorrow". When I asked for something a little more definative, he said all that was coming up on his screen was that it was batched and he couldn't tell me anything more. Well I requested a copy of chat and guess what, NO COPY. And I have not received the withdraw as of yet this morning. Oh, I almost forgot, when I asked for a little more definative than "probably or maybe" he said, " I guess when they push the button to transfer to your account". WOW!!! Well if it is only a matter of pushing a button what is the problem?

sammy, I will email the manager, what is your account name?

After years of on time payments, I HAVE TO ASSUME this is a technical problem.. probably processor related. It happens to even the best casinos occasionally, especially for payments to USA players.

Online casinos that still allow US players have to change processors all the time
to continue payments to Americans due to our banking laws.

The necessary parties been informed and the matter has been taken further.

Roxy42, Microgaming does not give much deposit bonus,
even to vip players.. they usally have like 10%-15% over all deposits averaged
but they said yours is about 35% lifetime and 40% this month.

Shocked Shocked Shocked Still no deposit into my quicktender account.

Here is the latest update:
Spoke online yesterday to Toni: she said was batched and I'll probably see it tomorrow....
I told her I wanted to speak with a Supervisor
Spoke with Robert: He said that my withdraw was being held up due to them needing security documents and "didn't you know that". I told him, "yes, three weeks ago and that I had already sent them and received an email stating all was ok and had since then made a withdrawal from them and Grand Mondial" He then apologized for the" run a round ". Then I emailed and asked if i should put to his attention and he said that would be good. Then he said that since I put to his attention it would probably hold things up!!!! I have the actual chat but it is so long like this post!!! This is rediculous!!!

I believe they actually put you off to delay paying sometimes!!

When I told him that the service was not very good his response was,
"this is unfortunate, but it happens sometimes"
Wow! No apology, just another excuse! Shocked

credits it, sometime instantly and sometimes a few hours:
