Drakella, I can email them and ask... why not just give me your casino id so they can take care of it for the long run?

It is probably the same old story, Sweden is not included or something.

It has nothing to do with Sweden. I just don't deposit enough to be a VIP-player. That is okey, and I don't mind not getting any free chips.
But if they do mean that every new player has the first VIP-level automaticly I don't want any arguing with the CS.
I honestly don't think they are so fond of players not using their bonuses. I can't see any other reason. I have never been rude to them or anything so...
Ask them to read this thread instead. It must be of more interest for other players also.

Drakella, Hi! This is what I got from the casino: "Everyone is automatically sapphire (default). The $10 is credited if they deposit $100 without claiming any promotion."

I can ask them to consider rewording their page if we think this is somehow misleading. wink

I asked them why you did not get the bonuses automatically in any case.

Thanks TDTAT for clearing this up for me. I made a lot of deposits before I look at their page and found out about the free $10. Then I have asked for it twice and the second time the livechatguy was really rude and just pointed out that I was not a VIP so I was not eligble for it. I did get it but with an understanding to not ask again, at least I felt like it was.
It's the only Rival I deposit in these days so it is good to know the rules.

I've just downloaded Blackdiamond casino and got the $25. Didn't know or think about checking with noluckneeded to see if there's a special. couldn't do anything with the $25. Is there anyway that I can still get the extra $5 since I've only got $25 to start with?
