Hi TDTAT, can you please help me with a problem?
When I read in their website under VIP it clearly says that "All new players starts in the Sapphire Lounge".
In my understanding it means that all depositing players starts there and can work their way up. Am I wrong?
What you can get from the Sapphire Lounge is a freebie of $10 if you have deposited minimum of $100 without bonuses in one week. There is no cashback from the casino until the next stage, but it is at least something.
Tell me what you make out of it.

Please, can you just check out their site and see what you think of it?
I have had my share with their livechat and it was not a positive one. I have made so many deposits at their casino, all without any bonus, never to be rewarded with anything.
Finally I read about the $10 bonus and ask for it. First time no problem, next time a really rude cs but that gave it to me anyway.
If I just know that I'm wrong, no problem, but then I want them to change the text on their website.
So no accountname since it's not just about me.
