Wow! Another $20 from Tropica casino

hi everyone! i claimed the $20 at Tropica on friday and didnt have time to play at the time so i went back saturday and it was gone! never has this happened to me-less than 24hrs & it was removed or expired! does anyone know how to check the terms of a bonus that was removed? live chat to me to look in my history but i dont see anything?

Maybe they are really giving this $20, 'Everyday'.
This is the second day in a row that I got it.

I didn't have any problems with it being removed... in fact, I claimed it
before I went to work in the afternoon and came home 11 hours later
and it was still there.
Sorry, I didn't pay any attention to the expiration in the terms.

I did notice that comp points are not being accumulated like they were,
the first time playing a no deposit bonus there

Don't worry....
If it disappeared, there was not a big loss.
Max-cashout was $40 and don't remember the play-thru, but if I can remember correctly - it was high (maybe, 50x bonus...?)

well i have done everything i can to bring this matter to their attention and still recieved no response so i am giving up on it but i will think twice about playing any of their wagering promotions again

imo, Tropica has the tightest slots in all of cyberspace...in addition, their bonuses come with a ridiculous 100X playthru! I've played numerous free chips from them,.. I don't think I've once wagered more than 2 times the bonus before going broke.

I don't see myself ever depositing there.

I claimed the $20 today, got it up to $300+ and played the new I-slot, and ended up busting out, I was close to meeting WR, just couldn't hit anything on the new slot.

I had deposited at tropica and had 84$ in my account and they sent me an email stating that if i wagered 50$ or more on gobblers gold on thanksgiving then i would recieve a 25$ free chip i wagered 76$ on this game thursday around 1:00 pm just for this promotion (I never usually play it because i dont like gobblers gold that much) i have sent them several emails and live chat told me that the matter was being reviewed by their promotions manager but stilll havent gotten any response from them i even sent them a copy of the email that i recieved from them with this promotion in it
still nothing
