xenabruno, Sorry they did not give you a free chip, but the operator did not sound rude or mean in my opinion... He seemed quite polite, and apologized several times. If that is the worst live chat you have ever had at any online casino, then you have gotten great service. Maybe I am jaded by some awful live chats at some casinos, but I really can not see anything bad about his answers. Perhaps other members will see something I do not... or maybe the chat will look different tomorrow. Embarassed

I understand you are upset that you lost back $1200, but I have read the chat several times, and can not see any bad behavior from the operator. Losing back a win is sadly not counted as a deposit. Crying or Very Sad I doubt english is their first language but I can not see why you are upset by this chat, except they did not have the authority to give you a free chip.

Perhaps the operator was not empowered to give free chips at Dendera, like he mentioned. Try emailing a manager with the subject "manager please help". A polite email saying you are a good depositor and sad about losing back $1200 may work. You never got any of the XMAS free chips? If not mention that too.

This seems like a person trying to do their job, probably getting yelled at all day long (from players and managers) for minumum wage, with little or no power to do anything.

Yes maybe your right it just seemed like he was swamped and was trying to get rid of me very quickly. but like i said I didnt care about the free chip nor did i care about the $1200 since i did cashout $2500 from traditions on the same day and only made a $25 deposit to win the 1200. So the $$$ for me was not a factor.

He didn't sound round but just like he really couldn't do anything.

One thing I did notice is that he said he had your account info that you already filled out. So why do they have to ask you for all that normally, even when you are just asking a simple question? (based on my experiences..) LOL?!?

Ironically enough, I just got this email from Dendera.... hopefully this will mean better promotions:

"We have launched an array of new promotions aimed at keeping players well entertained, we will also be launching new weekly and weekend promotions ongoing."
