I won $4300 in February at AllJackpots Casino. They have confiscated my winnings and claim a bank has frozen the funds. They refuse to provide the name of the bank and will not provide any proof of the asset freeze. I used to trust microgaming, but AllJackpots has changed that. Be warned American players - you can make deposits, but try and cashout and they will hide behind the new legislation. It's been almost 4 months now and everytime I call the casino all they can tell me is my money is safe. I don't want it safe I want my check. Stay away from Jackpot Factory Casinos. I'm sure I am not the only one this has happened to.

Wow, that's scary, lately I only play at Casino Share. I used to play at Grand Prive, but they have changed, and become very stingy with everything. Which makes me wonder about payouts.

After seeing your posting, I asked the Jackpot Factory spokesperson for an explanation of the current cashout situation at JF casinos. His response is below - I hope this helps explain, if not solve, the issue. I think the letter below is self-explanatory:

In April, our financial department received notification from our processor that money that was thought to be withdrawn and released to our players during the month of February, was in fact, tied up in a bank, after the bank discovered that they were dealing with online gambling funds. Now, the Jackpot Factory is not the type of casino to point fingers – never was and never will be – so we take full responsibility for this mishap and sincerely apologize to all Jackpot Factory players who have had withdrawal issues.

As a member of eCommerce and Online Gaming Regulation and Assurance (eCOGRA), I want to give you our commitment that we are relentlessly working to rectify this situation and will keep working until every last player is paid their winnings. We have received proper confirmations that some players have received their winnings, so we are confident that this issue will be resolved.

Again, on behalf of the Jackpot Factory Group and its member casinos, I sincerely apologize to all players who were affected by this incident. As mentioned above, we’re not pointing fingers, but I must remind you that, with the current US online gambling issues, many – if not all – online casinos that continue to offer online casino excitement to American players are going through growing pains as they try to navigate through these uncertain times.

Finally, I want to remind you of our mantra that has made us one of the leading online casino groups: it is our resolve to learn from our mistakes and continue pressing forward to ensure that our casinos stand up to their sterling reputation. Marcia, Thanks for the response .. When will Hunka be paid?
Other casinos are processing withdrawls fine.
It seems like an extemly long wait for a cashout
even with the current USA legal situation..
Maybe you could send his payment immediately

Good Luck, Hunka. There is nothing worse than having to wait so long on a cash out, especially from a casino you've faithfully deposited money at and trusted (I don't play at AllJackpots, though). Been there, done that and don't like it! Let us know what happens!

Maybe you should try intertops, casinshare or the rivals, I have not played at intertops or casinoshare, but I have seen all the great comments about them, and I love the rivals so I religously play them, I had one cashout problem, but nothing since and that was not the casinos fault it was ach itself. I know alot of it has to do with the new laws and they are doing thier best to woirk around them and it just is going to take some time.... I am sorry you guys are having the problems you are having I do hope they all work out soon... Very Happy

Thanks to everyone for your support and encouragement. I have been a faithful microgaming depositor for several years now. Let's face it we all play to win and it hurts me that when I finally win the casino has "banking problems". I've had several smaller successful withdraws at Bellrocke casinos, but this is my first big win. It seems a shame that money flows quickly when you deposit it, but grinds to a standstill when you win larger amounts. I will let you folks know as soon as I receive my check. Thanks again for being there for me.

i have actually called and yelled at them
and told them, that they are quick to take my money and when i win they take forever to pay me.

It is just unbelievable sometimes to have wait to be paid

I saw another post in this forum regarding 777dragon, which paid out I think USD 1,500 in 2 days.... sounds like worth a try.

You know, Nostalgia, Cinema Casino and UK Club Casino (Microgaming) and Casino Extreme (RTG) all offer INSTANT payouts.

Maybe we should all leave the slow payers alone!!!

Slow payment is a reason for Casinomeister to put them on their rogue list.... so I repeat once more: casinomeister.com.

It harms the casinos' reputation if they are so slow with payment, especially if you use virtual wallets (ecard, neteller, moneybookers etc.)

Inetbet and Sci-fi also pay out fast..

There was another message from 777dragon Micro that took 2 days to pay out, also good!

this kind of frustration of when you will finally be paid out should not be allowed. I think all casino's should be obliged to pay out at least within 2 days!!!

Change American legislation to that effect! lol! Rolling Eyes
