There are 3 or 4 levels of VIP at ThisIsVegas..
these chips may have only been for "elite" or "platinum"
vips or whatever TIV calls it.. In fact SLoto'Cash is the same..
Paradise has 3 levels too I think..
so when you see someone get a VIP bonus and you do not,
they are probably a higher VIP level or something
