netspend visas, you fund from Western Union
at your local grocery store. They have an additioinal
benefit of RECEIVING Wires also!!
You will get your card in about a week after

Found out today the wired plastic cards are also reloadable at Ace Check cashing locations as well and only have a 3$ reload charge instead of 3.95 like the netspend cards

I think that you can even reload your old card now, which you could not before.
it is not really a physical card, though...... because it is virtual.
