Uptown aces

Hi

I am a frequent depositor at uptown aces and have withdrawn using the Bitcoin. More than once or twice...as a matter of fact I withdrew twice in the last few weeks using that method because my bank does not take checks from non United States banks and they do not have a swift code . SO basically bitcoin is my only option unless I pay 85 for money gram. That being said I went to withdraw the 125 or so that I won today and bitcoin withdraw was gone! They did not even bother to send an email saying that it was not available. I got on with chat and spoke to Lucy who said she could not tell me when or if it would be available again and when I explained my situation she said to check my Cashier for alternative methods when I asked her if the courier check was from a non United s t ates bank she said she could not give me that I formation I asked her what I should do to get my winnings and she said my options were in my Cashier I told her that I thought that was unfair as they had not even bothered to let players know or at least me because it is like giving them my money because of my banking restrictions.. ...have u heard anything about this? ? I have been a loyal depositing player depositing a couple of times a week for over a yeanow and I did not act like that when I lost countless times to them! I think I should have been treated a little better than that! Thank you for any help or insight that you may give! Have a great day!

I have not heard about that as I used it a few days ago! I would bet it's a technical problem and that Bitcoin will be back. I will find out more. This is most likely a processor problem. People living in the US have fewer options for deposits and withdrawals than other countries and processors come and go for this reason.

Bitcoin withdrawal is gone from Intertops and Slotastic, so most likely everywhere. I will let you know when I receive more information from the casinos, but I am almost certain the problem is with the processor and so they will have to find a new one. This is not an uncommon problem.

"It’s been removed temporarily due to issues on the 3rd party system. It will be back, we don’t have an eta as it’s not our system, but it will be back."

What is the difference between an overnite courier and a bank check?My bank holds the check forever because it is Canadian. I would love overnite cash!!!!!! And Money Gram is only 450.00 at a time. Bitcoin has been a great option. Hoping it does come back.

RGALP, As I understand it, A bank draft means that the bank guarantees the funds as opposed to a regular check which is covered by the account the check is drawn from. A bank draft is better than a regular check.

I did a bank draft lat month and it cleared overnight, but maybe my bank is just fast or they clear them fast because I have never had one bounce. The bank draft was from a Singapore bank. They did hold checks from Bank of Montreal for a month twice, but now they clear them over night.
