I played for a couple months at 50 states casino and won and lost. Finally I had my total up to over $600 and tried to withdrawal, but was told that I hadn't wagered enough. I was given instructions as to where to check and see how much I still had to wager. I kept track of it for days, checking it continuously. Finally I had wagered the correct amount of times but then it reset itself and denied my request for withdrawal. When I spoke to customer service they said that I had only worked off one bonus, but the amounts that they stated totally conflicted with the formula listed on their terms and conditions. I was very upset and said that I was just going to take it to my bank for resolution. At that point they told me they were going to refund everything I had deposited, which amounted to $396 and to please not to go to my bank. I have been waiting and haven't seen anything yet. My account is now blocked, so I can't talk to customer service; the phone number just rings a fast busy and they no longer respond to my e-mails. I'm getting a very bad feeling about this. Can anyone help?????

TDTAT,

Hi there and thanks for the response. My user name is the same: Bonnie714 and my account name is BXXXXXXXXX. I'd appreciate any help you can provide. I've lost track of how many e-mails I've sent without a response. I've been sending the e-mails to the address you mentioned. You know Christmas is this week and they told me that I'd have the money by now, so I'm very frustrated. Thanks for your help Smile

bonnie714, Hi Bonnie! I emailed all the CasinoStates addresses I could find and asked for someone to help you. Hopefully we will hear something soon. Sorry for all the trouble you are having. I will give them a little extra time to respond to me as it is the holidays. If I do not hear a good resolution in a few days, then I will proceed with other forms of resolution to this issue and possibly ban the casino from this site.

Sorry

Hi! Your account was closed because you wanted the "chargebacks" done. It takes 15-20 Business days for this refund to go back to your cards. The casino started the refund on the 14th.

Hi TDTAT

Player had issues with a bonus on 12/12 in which she insisted that she had wagered her bonus completely and that it had reset itself. Tech support replied with the following:

From the Tech dep: The bonus player received on the 01/12 - she almost met the wagering but after wagering $4416 out of $5000 she lost her money and that's why u can see bonus status as STOPPED.
Current bonus is still active and she only wagered $143 out of $6000.

This was explained to the player by two of our support reps. After numerous explanations as well as well as an offer to continue looking into the matter and come to a solution that would make the player happy, Bonnie714 insisted on having her account refunded.

She was assured they would receive full refund and the refund process started on the 14th of December at which point, security updated her account to reiterate this.

Her account has had all charges fully refunded and she may expect the funds to reach her account 15 - 20 business days from the 14th. All of this information was sent to the player in an email from me personally.

Happy Holidays

Thank you for your help, but I must tell you that this is not how it happened. When I got the second bonus I had not lost all my money, but was taking advantage of a bonus offer that was about to expire. As I said before, I was told how much I had to wager and continued to keep track of it, but then it reset itself, without me making another deposit or receiving another bonus. It's so funny how when confronted the story is twisted to make it look as if it's all me. Also, I wasn't the one who insisted on having my account refunded - that was a resolution that was offered by the customer service rep.

bonnie714, I do not think they are blaming you and I will always side with a player over a casino. This problem is reflected in the currrent casino directory rankings, so do not think that this issue has been blamed on you. I was bothered by the lack of response to your complaints, but It is hard for the casino to respond quickly to a complex situation, as it takes a manager to figure out what is going on (not just a customer support person). It is also difficult to say a player could not make a mistake when trying to calculate their own wagering over so many thousands of dollars. Also, Saying you will "take it to the bank" implies that you will do chargebacks, as that is the only thing a bank can do if you paid money and services were not delivered.

It is always best to play a deposit and bonus fully before claiming a second bonus. I would never deposit when I still had money in my account attached to a bonus. If you claim a second bonus the wagering from the first bonus is still attached plus all the wagering for the second bonus (even if wagering on the first deposit is finished, the other rules and possible game restrictions are still attached if you do not zero out your account before making a second deposit with bonus). Always play your account to 0 before making a second deposit to avoid problems. This goes for free chips also.

In any case it seems the only resolution is to refund your money. I am sorry for the trouble and hope you can have better results at a different casino. Perhaps consider a Rival casino and avoid topgame software casinos.... this is not the first issue with top game software. Sorry and good luck. Good Luck

What is topgame software. I'm still new to this. I like slots and prefer slots that have bonus capabilities.

I didn't think you were siding with them, but it's frustrating when what you know to be true is twisted. Also, I wasn't trying to calculate on my own. The casino actually has a section you can go into and it will tell you how many times you have wagered and how many more you have to go. So you see, how could I have gotten it wrong????

bonnie714, Hi! online casinos have different software. 50states is a top game software casino. The different software can be compared to pepsi/coke... or MAC vs PC. The main options for US players are RIVAL, TopGame, or RTG. I personally prefer Rival software. Some online casinos are not good, so it is important to play at recommended casinos with good reviews.

You can see the different casinos/softwares in our casino directory. Pick a casino with high rankings and good reviews that pays quickly.
all online casinos: http://www.noluckneeded.com/website-profiles.php
Rival casinos: http://www.noluckneeded.com/website-profiles.php?software=Rival
RTG casinos: http://www.noluckneeded.com/website-profiles.php?software=RTG
Top Game casinos: http://www.noluckneeded.com/website-profiles.php?trusted=any&cat=all&country=all&software=Topgame&terms=

All Rival casinos have free chips, so try them free and see if you like them.

As far as calculating wagering, I do not play at TopGame casinos, so am not familiar with how to calculate their wagering by myslef or how they do it. At a Rival casino, it just shows when you have finished wagering, and when I try to keep track of how much I have played, I am always off.
___________
If the casino is reading this, perhaps paying the additional $200 to the player would make us all feel better about the situation, but that is just my opinion.

Well, I got my refund today - actually, I only received $370 of the $396, but I'm thankful for that. Thank you for all your assistance and also for some great advice. For New Years Eve, my fiance is bringing me to Seven Feathers, a wonderful casino - when you win you can "cash out" Smile
