titan casino question- do they pay?

has anyone had any experiance with titan casino? I am just wondering if they pay? i recently won a good amount of money and its been 4 days and they havnt even taken it out of pending withdrawals yet?then last night i get a phone call from them urging me to cancell my withdrawal because gold rally is soooo high of a jackpot......I told him no thank you i want the money and he seemed very dissapointed.
