did not make 2 accounts when in your first post you say that you did it
for sure at a Microgaming casino.

Ive had problems with some of the rival casinos, they blocked me from ND and match bonuses saying i had multible accounts. I asked them provided me the account names and they told me they couldn't or wouldnt because they didnt have too. well, i sent those casino's an email stating i will no longer play at their casino, to take me off their email list and i would be deleating the software from my computer. a few days later i got emails back from 3 of the 5 that blocked me saying thay had made a mistake and my accounts where restored(i still dont play there). i love rivals software, but not so sure about some of the casino's. as far as the those casinos go, they lost me as a player. there are plenty others out there.

A couple months ago..i found that I was locked out of every rival except for Sloto because it is not in the same group as the rest..anyhoooo..I emailed all the rivals to find out what the heck happened and was told that my account was linked to multiple accts..I was shocked and asked why..they told me that I had logged into my account on another computer that of which already had an account at the rivals..but..i explained that my computer died and i was using my daughters and that I spoke to live chat before I deposited to find out how I could go about it and still be on the up and up..live chat told me what to do and I kept that copy of our chat so I sent it in to the rivals and they re-opened my accounts..but it was a hassle..Irish Luck casino was flabberghasted that they did that saying that my account was vip and it should never have happened and bonused me $100 for my troubles..a couple other rivals gave me a bonus as well..
It just goes to show that they do find out very easily if a person has more than one account. All I did was blink and poof..I was locked out..that fast..
And although I was reinstated..it didn't last long as now all of Canada is punted from the Rivals...lol
I hope you all have fun at those rivals and win big cause I know i've taken many large cashouts from them..
