Re: Down load issue. Just a thought, but I was having trouble downloading some casino's also until I descovered the new spyware I have through my cable co had to be put on "snooze" in order to down load or play any casino after intallation.

I am curious....
What casinos or what type of casinos were you unable to download?

I have never been able to download any of the micros, but supposedly it
is my computers operating system

None of them, unless they were already there before the spyware was installed. It is actually the antivirus that I have to put on "snooze".

ok tdat......they are a big scam.......first of no where in their terms did they say anything about a deposit to recieve the bonus money.now they said i have to make a deposit...so you know what just for the hell of it i did 25 bucks....then they say i have to wager 12 times the deposit of course i ran out of money before that.....now if i make deposit it has to be another 12 times.......so basically they lied and scammed me....DO NOT DEPOSIT THERE YOU WILL NEVER GET PAID.you can write david TAWNIA i sure as helll could get no response.

When I contacted ROME & THEBES casinos, I have felt that they had most wonderful live support people. Quick and easy but I think TOTAT is right about we need to watch out on depositing in their casinos.

So, I have a question. DO you have to deposit BEFORE they process your withdraw? I played the first part of the bonus money, lost. But, have not received the second part. So if there are problems, with processing and making a deposit before a withdraw on the bonus can be processed. I would really like to know.
Here in the US we need more variety in the Casino Software, with honest casinos.

To answer your question, there is no need to make a deposit before processing a withdrawal.
Im sorry to hear you did not receive the second part of Decembers no deposit bonus. Please let me know what your player account is and I will make sure this is remedied.
I cannot guarantee that we will never make mistakes but I can guarantee that I will do my utmost to fix them and improve the situation.

I noticed going through the site that there were several threads mentioning Thebes Casino, including one where we were associated with Rome Casino.

Whilst it is true that Rome runs on the same software as us we are in no way associated with them or any other Topgame Casino. Do not let a bad experience at another Topgame casino put you off Thebes wink

We are a new casino and yes we have room for improvement but we are doing all that we can to make the playing experience at Thebes second to none.
