Be on the lookout for online gambling sites that recommend you to put money into the game through paypal. Considering this, you might consider opening an account where you locate cash for the online gambling casinos in anticipation of you either lose it or move it into your paypal account. This would evade the trouble of identity theft since the online casino would have an email and any person trying to get money out of the account would be clogged since you will get the email from paypal advising you if you would like to allow the transfer of funds.

Logging into your online casino profiles and accounts in publicly available computers such as cyber cafe and library computers is a big no-no. If anyone would so much as obtain your login or simply login to a session that has not expired, then they can not only wager with your account's funds, but also make withdrawals. Crying or Very Sad
Online casinos go to great lengths to ensure the safety of online casino players but most loopholes are introduced by the negligent players and not the casinos themselves. So beware! Spyware and Backdoors are on the prowl... Twisted Evil

BlackJackBob, No reputable casino takes paypal from US players. Only a few casinos in the UK will take it from UK players. Paypal does not allow gambling transactions for the USA.

Any casino that allows Us deposits via paypal should be avoided.

I couldn't agree more...online casino players should take great caution when picking online casinos to use.

1
Carefully review the payment methods.
By now, you should now better than to place your trust in a casino using PayPal...Identity theft is rife and so is theft of money!

2
Have you ran a check with BBB? You better!
Better Business Bureau is where you can get all the recorded complaints and compliments. Some casinos even boast good BBB ratings, any C or D ratings should spark caution...there's good reason why an online casino would be BBB A rated or D rated.

3
Check for reviews of the online casinos.
But of course the source of the review should also be verified, and unbiased. Avoid advertisement based reviews as they are not honest - people are paid to say good things in such reviews. Legit and credible reviews will give you a real picture of first-hand experiences and testimonials.

4
If it sounds too good to be true, then it isn't true.
Don't be duped by those online casinos which make losing appear like an unlikely or impossible occurrence. Else that defies the whole meaning of gambling - which is risk and risk has its downside too....
