allena, You mean no limit holdem and limit holdem? It is like the difference between checkers and chess. It is the difference between art (no limit) and science (limit).

Limit holdem is completely based on pot odds and your hand. No limit is different because you can force your opponent into folding a superior hand because all his/her chips are at risk.
