Hi to all. I have been playing online with the same casino for a few years now. Everyone needs to unwind sometimes, and online gambling seems to work for me. Don't do it very often. Sometimes months go by before I get the urge to try my luck, and at the same time getting away from it all. I never won big, and just left whatever was left in my account until the next time. But then it came, a nice five figure jackpot. Well, turns out that they refuse to pay because they have apparently credited my account with a promotional bonus, but without me knowing it. Their terms and conditions clearly states that only double the promotional bonus amount would be paid out, and the rest will be forfeited. How convenient that is! Didn't do much research on them the time I signed up, only first page of google that doesn't say that they are part of the Crystal Palace group, rather that they are the best in SA. Wel I bet to differ, and their support team aint very helpfull either. Guess it takes a certain type of person to work there. But thats just to bad. Would have been nice to plug some holes with someone elses money for a change, but thats gambling for you.
My question is, since my trust in online gambling has taken a bit of a knock...does anyone here know of a real, reputable online casino in South Africa that would put the fun back in gambling for me without crashing my party if I should break the bank???

hansandriana, golden palace are good for SA ,playtech,they are very strict with docs so i suggest you ask them to clear youre docs beforehand,and there bonuses also are credited automatically too youre acc ,if you dont want the bonus tell them before hand
I grew up in SA so wild coast and sun city were the only ones around those days

Ya well, I lost out big time with that automatic bonus credited to my account. Funny thing is, after I won the jackpot, the amount was deducted from the game I played, but wasn't added again. They could at least given someone else a chance to win.
Doesn't make sense does it?

yea i know all of playtech works like that ,i deposited at one not wanting the bonus
and got it thats why i now always ask them too remove all bonuses off the account before i deposit.the playthrough isnt that high.on some off them.
no never heard off them try the ones on the forum list,they are all listed here you can check out the reviews as well
