Hey TDTAT,
I have a question for you. On that 45% bonus. When is it suppose to be credited, or how do you get it credited, as I deposited and I did not see anything. Thanks for your time.

dawnfix, Hi! It is like all rival bonuses... you have to claim it in the cashier before you deposit.

dawnfix, Hi! Are any bonuses available in your cashier, or does it say "New promotions coming soon"?
You may want to send an email with the subject "Manager please help" and ask about the bonus.

It is probably like the vip100% bonus. Not everyone gets them anymore. They must have a hard time now like every other casino because they have certainly changed, for the worse. That's sad.

Drakella, Hi! I do not think it is a change to not offer bonuses for holidays in countries that do not celebrate the said holiday... however, maybe if you asked for the bonus they would give it to you, even though Sweden is not celebrating Mother's day this Sunday. The worst they can say is no.
You are right though, things do change. The only sure thing about everything in life is that things change. When any business is not making money they can either close or change. I am sure casinos are like most other businesses in this economy and are having a hard time, so they can change or they can go out of business.
As far as bonus offers, I understand, as I would rather get less bonuses than have my favorite casinos close.

I do agree TDTAT. I trust Slotocash and still deposit there from time to time. Since I hardly use any bonuses it don't effect me so much, but I do miss those slototickets they use to give me. Not one this year.

TDTAT,
I just talked with Becky from Live Chat to get a little more clarity and she stated that mother's day had already passed..lol I guess where ever she is from it is March 21st. I told her that in the USA it is not until May 9th and she said she would pass it onto Management as she was not aware of any mother's day promotion. I am suppose to hear something from management but wanted to let you know what I had found out. I do not use bonuses hardly ever as I do not like having a playthrough amount but there is once in awhile when they are nice to use. And I agree I would rather take less bonuses and have them stay a float then sink .

dawnfix, Hi! I think 9 countries celebrate Mother's Day on May 9th. As far as Thanksgiving, I did not realize any country besides the US celebrated that as I thought it was to commemorate the pilgrims getting saved by the Native Americans... I guess I will have to google that and check it out.
Anyway, I will email your casino id to Slotocash and see if they can get you the Mother's Day bonus.
UPDATE:
I guess you do learn something everyday. ....

Type National
Date 2nd Monday in October (Canada)
4th Thursday in November (U.S.)
2010 date October 11, 2010 (Canada);

Thanksgiving or Thanksgiving Day is a harvest festival celebrated primarily in the United States and Canada. Traditionally, Thanksgiving is associated with giving thanks to God for the harvest and expressing gratitude. While historically religious in origin, Thanksgiving is now primarily identified as a secular holiday.[1]
Grenada
In Grenada there is a national holiday of Thanksgiving Day on October 25. It is unrelated to holidays in Canada and the United States even though it bears the same name and occurs around the same time. It marks the anniversary of the U.S.-led invasion of the island in 1983 in response to the deposition and execution of Grenadan Prime Minister Maurice Bishop.[2] Thanksgiving involves the sharing of a turkey.
The Netherlands
A Thanksgiving Day service is held in Hooglandse Kerk to commemorate the hospitality the Pilgrims received in Leiden on their way to the New World.[3]
