Okay, I hope this issue is resolved really fast!!!! I deposit thousands into Sloto in hopes of someday cashing out. I have some sort of VIP status.....

I cash out 400.00 on Sunday, thinking it will be in my echeck later in the night. I cashed out because of Christmas. Today, I kept checking to see if it had been processed. Seeing as Mayan and Vegas Regal were unbelievable quick. Finally, I get an email saying it could take 12 days through echeck. Are they kidding???????

I have asked that this be passed on to Justine I'm holding out hope that she will reslove this.

Geez.....what a disappointment Sad

I think expecting a same day cashout on Sunday to echeck is being a bit optomistic... They probably tell you the longest it could take, but obviously I have never heard of a slotocash cashout taking 12 days. I think 1 day after cashing out is a bit too early to freak out.

I know TDTAT, but that's the email that I received. So I spoke to chat and was told because it takes up to 12 days to get to them form echeck (comes out of my account in a day), they have to wait until my deposits clear.

I know 1 day is absolutely nothing to freak out about, but when they told me to anticipate up to 12 days, that sounded above and beyond unreasonable. Especially for Sloto. The reason they ket so much money from me is because I have believed that if and when I actually do cash out, I will get my money quickly.

TDTAT, I have been at this for a long time and I am no way unreasonable. But this just threw me off totally......

RGALP, I am sure no cashout from slotocash has ever taken 12 days unless there is a serious processor problem that is out of their control. wink

I hope you get your withdrawl soon, I cashed out on another free chip from Vegas Regal over the week-end and it was in Quicktender by yesterday afternoon. Hmmm wonder why some can be so fast and others not?? Good luck and Merry Christmas anyway Smile

I know, I cashed out on a free chip from Vegasl Regal and I had it in my echeck the following night.

Fingers are crossed lol

Especially because it's Christmas.

I don't know if I have ever cashed out from Sloto. I play ther all the time figuring if I do win I will get it fast.

RGALP, Oh.... well you know how first cashouts are... they are never as fast as subsequent cashouts, no matter how you withdraw. Embarassed

RGALP, I heard from Justine... basically the casinos are getting killed by echeck chargebacks, players are funding their accounts with bad checks, like they were doing at ewalletxpress. This caused slotocash to put a 10 day hold on echeck cashouts. They made an exception for you, so you should get paid soon. wink

Thanks TDTAT for your help. I received an email telling me it was processed. Such a shame that people are going to ruin another deposit option for the rest of us.

I noticed that the echeck option (it's a different one) at Inetbet is no longer there either.

My Netspend hasn't been working at Inetbet or Club World either.

This is getting so sickening.

But anyway I wanted to let you and everyone else know that Sloto came through!!!!
