I recently joined Ruby Bingo (more fool me!!!) & have made 3/4 small deposits of £5 & had some luck a couple of day's ago winning £140/150 on a slot. Thinking all was good went to cashier & requested a £120 withdrawal & continued playing with the remainder of my winning's! Hadn't thought anything of it but a £2.50 bonus was added to deposit which I hadn't requested & hadn't used & was removed when I requested the withdrawal! Today however I recieved an email saying they were unable to process the withdrawal as I hadn't met playthrough requirements, going back to my account found my £120 back in my account??? Speaking to Matt at live chat, he told that as I had accepted 6 bonuses, which I am unaware I had, I had to play a further £247 on bingo tickets alone to meet playthrough??? Has any1 else had this problem with Ruby Bingo & how can they possibly expect 100x playthrough on 2.50 I didn't even request or use??? I looked at the Terms & Conditions for promotions & the only thing I could was this, which reqires 4x playthrough?
..........................................................................................................
Ongoing Deposit Bonus - 50% up to £50 £5
10€/$10/10CAD £50 X 4 Minimum wagering requirement.
For the purposes of satisfying wagering requirements only the purchase of bingo tickets qualify.
........................................................................................................
Beware if depositing your own cash at Ruby Bingo (However small an amount) as it appears if you win it will not be processed as you have to play through every bonus you have ever recieved, whether you requested the bonuses or not????
Sorry it may have just been me, not reading every piece of small print, but I thought depositing your own money would be fine to withdraw winnings???
Thanks for any help or advice given Confused

biglee, Welcome1 Welcome to noluckneeded.

Sorry for the trouble. We do not work with Ruby Bingo, so can not help. It is always important to read the full terms and conditions, especially with any bingo bonuses, as they usally have strange terms and conditions.
Sorry
