The player asked support, but support told the player there were no wagering requirements left on the new deposit. The player was obviously given incorrect info by support and then had a hard time getting answers from the casino.
Everyone should read terms carefully and beware of these issues. I have never had a problem getting fast answers from Rockbet, but felt this should be reported.
