Rivals down?

Are the rivals down right now? I was playing at Davincie's and it went off and then I couldn't get into Pantasia. Now I can't get into either one. Anyone know what is going on?

Hello! Rival is probably upgrading because I can not get
in any now.. It usally only lasts an hour or 2 when they do this,
so hopefully they will be back up shortly!
