I actually stopped playing at rivals being thier only method to cashout I believe is wire. I don't have a bank acct. to do so. Hopefully someone here can answer this for you.

I no that Bet Phoenix casino do there payout western union
winbig21 pays me with my bank account but it takes so long befor it even hits it has been 19 working days now and still no money from them I am realy getting to hate this casino

i dont play rival cause they banned me ha ha.there cashouts are worse and worse ,and getting longer and longer,iff you get payed at all somtimes

I use Netspend Visa (Ace Cash Express) and am in Nevada.
But I have had my card since 2006. A friend in Pennsylvania got one last year and cannot use it anywhere.
1 thing FOR SURE, not GREEN DOT!

Rival use to be good ,but from what i hear they have no money there intentions did start out been good but they lost a major court case in canada ,and just after that the us market closed off.then the french did the same.so downward spiral from there
The rumor is that they waiting for the USA to relax online gambling .wich is a good possibility if they now see wot tax they are loosing.online gambling has grown by a massive 35pcent since 2004 no company has ever done that
RIVAL no why should they be allowed after all the work slotto .intertops and other sites likewise have done ,i know these sites are not rival based but they made the effort to accomadate US players.so why should some software be allowed that dosnt pay there players be allowed.I HAVE ALWAYS HAD PROBS WITH CASH OUT AT RIVAL.
