I totally disagree with these rankingfs I mean come on sloto cant be number 1 all the time....black diamond and box 24 have definitly surpassed sloto in many different areas including the niceness of their customer support....loately when contacting sloto their support reps have been very UNHELPFUL and actually rude....I receive 100% from black diamond every week and cant get anything but 15 or 25% from sloto....sloto is definitly NOT the best rival and the only reason they stay on top is, I believe , is because someone connected to this forum has a personal interest in SLOTO CASH.....just my opinion:)~~~

xenabruno, Wow... I am suprised at your reaction and can not believe you said that and insinuated something underhanded.

Actually I have a personal connection to both SlotoCash and Box24/BlackDiamond as I know the casino owners for both of them. If you are saying I have something financially to do with Slotocash besides being an affiliate and a player... I WISH! It makes no difference to noluckneeded in money whether you play at Box24 or SlotoCash. The owner of Box24/BD used to be the manager at SlotoCash in fact.

As you can see on the front page here, Box24 and BlackDiamond have moved past SlotoCash as far as rankings, so maybe that will happen at the Rival site next week. As I said we go by player reviews and after anniemac's review I was thinking of changing the rankings anway.

Box24/Bd had some payment issues last month so I wanted to see consistency in payment times before making such a change at the BRC site. SlotoCash HAS NEVER paid in more than 24-48 hrs. Everyone is just mad because they do not give out as many bonuses as they used to.. which is fine. I see complaints about that, so do not mind changing the rankings if people give their feedback. Of course that will change as soon as BD/Box24 cut back on bonuses or stop offering 100% bonus on every deposit. I personally get 100% at SlotoCash every week because I do not use a bonus on every deposit because I like video poker, so all the casinos can keep their bonuses.

I care mostly about how fast payments are made... If someone is in a bad mood they think support is rude or if they ask for a free chip and are told no they think the chat people are awful. That is their perception. The most important thing to me is how fast a casino pays.

Also remember I won $4000 at SlotoCash 2 weeks ago, was paid in 1 day, so of course I personally like the casino.

However, I have no problem changing the rankings as I could care less if people played at Box24 or BD, or SlotoCash or whatever!

The rankings have been updated due to player reviews and feedback, so check them again.

you know< thats all fine but the reference to being in a bad mood because of not getting a free chip is way off.... I and im sure many of us, havent seen a sizeable bonus from sloto in quite some time< I believe mine all started back in december when I cashed out $2000 from them....I havnt seen anything since, whether it be a free chip or a bonus so i stopped depositing up until approx. 2 months ago .....then i figured if i got my deposits back up then I would be allowed back into the "VIP" group....I would have to say that within the last 2 months I have deposited at least $2000 there without bonuses attached and have recieved NOTHING....they didnt even give me anything for a birthday bonus......and it kind of makes one wonder , after all of the complaints I have seen about sloto and the way they do business these days, on this site how they could ever be considered the #1 rival online....Maybe that manager needs to go back to sloto to pick up the slack that the new manager is letting out.......AND BY THE WAY...I HAVE A VERY DEBATABLE PERSONALITY SO PLEASE DONT TAKE ANY OF THIS PERSONALLY!...But I do believe I am probably saying alot of things that alot of members are thinking
