RIVAL BONUSES

IS ANYONE BESIDES ME HAVING TROUBLE CLAIMING THEIR BONUSES, I GET A MESSAGE THAT SAYS.........MY ACCOUNT MAY NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR BONUSES. I HAVE BEEN GETTING THEM UNTIL YESTERDAY, DON'T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED. I SENT A FEW EMAILS AND THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO FORWARD THIS TO PROMOTIONS.

THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO GET BACK TO ME............I HOPE IT IS SOON

I think their promotions system went crazy and has a technical
problem,.. send me your user names and I will email or go to live chat and
ask for a "manager account review"

Also make sure you do not have an open bonus somewhere..
that can mess the system up.. like if you had $1 left at one
Rival casino from a freebie, and then tried to claim a bonus
at another casino...

Ok, I have a complaint, I deposited alot of money on the 13- 15 at rivals casinos. I got 5.00 from simon and have been upgraded. I talked to live chat at slotlcash, and reiceved 15.00. I talked to like chat at superior told them I deposited 200.00 at their casino, and I did not recieve any bonuse.(weekly or extra bonus. She told me I was not intitled to any bonus and when I was They'd e-mail me. So 20.00 is not a fair bonus for depositing as much as I did.

If you can help great.

HERE IS THE DEAL:

Rival is getting tight with bonus and this is the way it is
going to be appearently. I heard we will
not be getting the bonuses everyone is used to.

This goes for most of the Rivals except Sloto'Cash.. there will
be less bonus and some players will not be offered bonus.

Why? They are getting beat every month by bonus.
The bigger the bonus, the more players can bet.
You will see less bonus, smaller deposit bonus
and less free offers.

If you get blocked from bonus, ask for a manager account review
and they can review your account. They may or may not change
your status.

If you want extra bonus or freebies, contact the VIP manager
at the casinos.

It is in the casinos right to give bonus how they want, when they want,
and to who they want.

i was sure one day they make that ,
their bonuses are very less now and i think we win too much for us lolllll

hum , i think too , they make a too long time to pay us , i play more and more on other casinos like inetbet or sloto cash at this time , im tired of these rival witch dont tale their promise

I spoke with the manager at one of the rivals due to a complaint about getting a $5.00 no deposit bonus with a ridiculous 40x play thru. She was very cordial in explaining that they are getting hit with bonus abuse so they have made some changes. I will have to say that I give 5 thumbs up for Julia at Paradise 8's response to my query.

I'd suggest this.....if you aren't happy with how you are being treated with bonuses and such, contact the manager and tell them. If you aren't happy with the resolution, take your money elsewhere.
