I sent an email to Rich Reels, this morning - in regards to this "multiplier"
promo....
This was their response:

Hi Jeanette

Thanks for contacting Rich Reels Support.

I have been chatting with the promotions department and they have advised me that when awarding promotions, certain factors are taken into account, such as game play, time spent on the casino, etc, and these are done every week and analyzed amongst themselves, and because of this it is at the discretion of the promotions department to award players with these promotions.

If you are awarded a promotion this will be sent to you via e-mail and you will be notified.

I do apologize if there have been any inconveniences caused.

*** The last time this happened, I did not make anymore deposits with them.
The week after, I got the email and offer for the promo.
Last week, I did make deposits and did not get it.

This week and possibly the next, I will Not deposit there... probably next
week or after, I will get it again.

Villento is getting goofy, too.
They ALWAYS, offer me a weekend deposit bonus.
Usually like $30 on purchases up to $100.
VERY strange that, this last week... I did not get one.
So, I emailed.
They first said that I was offered the weekend bonus...
But, then told me that they "misread" the dates and was not offered the bonus this past weekend.
BUT...
Support actually credited me with $40 complimentary bonus, for the error.... that was nice.

voodookitty, Yes I have only deposited one or 2 times
and keep getting the promos... they probably send them to people
who do not deposit the previous week or something. How silly

I did play there, this weekend....

Since I did not get this weeks bonus, probably because I did deposit there this weekend -
I am, at least happy to say that I was able to cashout $1,000.
(by the way, it is already in my QT account)
I was playing Cash Splash, for the first time ever....
I did Not hit a progressive, but did hit for a little over $1200!
