(Restored) Bitcoin Withdrawals Removed Temporarily

The Bitcoin withdrawal option has been removed temporarily from most RTG casinos due to technical issues on the 3rd party processing system. Bitcoin withdrawals will be back as soon as they get the problems fixed, but I do not know when that will happen. Hopefully this will be fixed quickly.

Update 12/19/18: The Bitcoin withdrawal option is now available.
