Quicktender account issues

I went to fund my netspend card and it said i was negative $84 in my acct after I funded it with $38! I checked my netspend and there are two pending charges from quicktender for $60 and $63. I did not use my quicktender! Oh my god im so upset. I sent them an email and told them not to accept any more charges on my acct, that I did not use my quictender and I gave them the merchant number. It said QTender P MU MU.
Thats who charged them to my acct. They are both the same number. Im so scared about this. Should I call netspend and tell them about it? Any help would be appreciated Sad

I would call Netspend and get to the bottom of it, they have pretty good customer service. Good Luck

opeth, Call netspend.. they have accounting errors all
the time that they blame on everything but themselves..
It could be someone using your card though. They refund
any fraud charges I think wink

Also email Quicktender and ask where the charges
went if not to your account and ect

I doubt someone would be allowed to fund
their QT account with your netspend card

I dont know how to get a live person at netspend! I called twice and there isnt an option to talk to a customer service rep.

I do not think You can get a live person.. maybe there is
a # on the site

TAKE A DEAP BREATH and relax and realize that no one
can fund their QT account with your netspend visa
without quicktender fixing it.

Email them (NETSPEND AND QT)
and explain and ask for a review of what happened wink
I would not go blocking all my accounts before I found out if
it is a technical error.. that is just me though

Ok I got ahold of a live person. she said after 7 days the pending charges will drop off. She said there is no number to call quicktender so I just have to wait. I also had a legitamate charge to Sloto for $25. I hope that will go thru. I have the money plus the $38 i funded today for that. I hope they will let that go thru. I dont want any trouble. I had a zero balance yesterday after I charged the $25 to play at Sloto but it hadnt gone thru yet. Will they let that get paid? This sucks. Ive never had a problem before. I feel sick.

TY TDTAT. I wont know till they drop the pending charges. I dont know how they could not pay Sloto, but Im just worried cause its pending too. But if they drop the 2 that are fraudulant then there is plenty in my acct. Thanks for listening. I just wanted to play a little tonight and now my accts all screwed up. Ill let you know how it turns out.

I just scratched off the reload card that I bought today and had put 51 on there and when I went to reload the netspend site said it was not valid, so I tried again thinking i put the wrong number in and it denied it again, I called netspend and they said it was a number that was never activated, I have the activation reciept and everything, called superfresh and they said there is nothing they can do now I am out of 56 freakin dollars..... I am so mad right now

From my experience.....
Sometimes that happens with NetSpend.
Maybe the money will be there in a few hours.

It is like, their system doesn't communicate the reload - immediately.

I have had to wait as long as 6 hours or so, for my reload to be available.

Thats what I thought at first but they are saying the nubers are not even activated I made a copy of the activation reciept and I just tried it again, I am going to email them a copy of the activation hopefully that will help but this is bull. I have never had this problem before never and normally i put the numbers in and its immediatly there it says you reload was successful, but this one just says not activated...

Well, opeth, you aren't the only one. I just checked my Netspend account and I am overdrawn too. It is a deposit I made at Club World that is sitting in pending and one that has already been charged. This is the first time anything like this has ever happened. If it is not gone by tomorrow, I am on the warpath. All my Rival deposits go thru just fine. Guess I will have to re-evaluate my depositing from now on.

My Sloto deposit went thru thank goodness. So now I just have these two
phony Quicktender charges pending. They said they will drop off in 7 days. I still have $37.50 on my card, but I cant use it cause of these. How could there be pending quicktender for $60 and $63 that I never did? I emailed quicktender and asked them to close my acct. Ill probly have to get a new netspend card too cause its registered on quicktender and I dont know who has access to it . Im afraid they will try again when I have enough money on there to cover it, and Ill lose my money. This is really an eye opener.
