You have to ask a casino that you play at to invite you. Sloto'cash or an MG casino.

Honestly though you would probably be better going with a wired plastic card cause you can also withdraw from your quicktender to a wiredplastic card or just have a bank transfer done directly to a wiredplastic card so you dont have to wait for it to get to quicktender and then from quicktender to your bank but just thought id mention it plus wiredplastic cards trasaction fees are less as well!

Tranfers from Quicktender to the wired plastic card seem to be pretty quick (way quicker than waiting for an ACH withdrawal was anyways!). I withdrew money from my qt account to the wired plastic on Wednesday morning and it was there on Saturday! Of course, that isn't the norm but the longest it has ever taken to get to my card was 4 business days. You can't beat that!
