Question About Revoking Promotions at Rival

I apologize if this has been discussed before but has this happened to any other depositing player?? Please see chat:

you: why i claimed one last nite
Liz: The account has been made bonus un eligible last night also by management.
you: why?
Liz: The decision has been made by management.
you: That does not answer my question why??

Yes, yes...
This happened to me, quite some time ago...
As an extremely frequent depositing player, I think I was one of the first to
experience this.
Blocked from ALL promos, at all the Rivals except the best one ~ SLOTO'

They block you, because they are not making any money from you.

You must have cashed out a lot, or something... like deposit to cashout
ratio, has been in your favor..

Yes I did cash out quite a bit from there last year .. but have deposited and lost since then .. well I guess I;ll stick with Slotto .. TIV lost a customer!!

deming12, Yes sorry.. I got blocked at all of them except Sloto also.
I do not claim to understand their systems, but if they are consistently losing
money on a player, they may block bonus.

First, all the casinos have their own standards for blocking bonus.
I have been told It is not just about winning and losing percent.. they seem to
count transaction fees also. People who tend to make many small deposits and withdrawals cost more money. They also look at how much you playthrough on bonuses before cashing out if you win.

I suggest playing at Sloto'Cash!

they make me that a lot of time , and finaly i was so tired i close myself 8 rival

i just play to sloto , absolute slots , cocoa and paradise and if they ban me for promotions i ' ll close them too

There ' s always sloto for play rival , and yes they loose many custumers

It's nice to know I am in GREAT company .. I received an email from John saying that I was bonus banned for abuse because I cashed out right after I met the requirements!!!!???? LOL!!!!????

I will stick with SLOTTO too ..

I have had the same problem with the Rival casinos except for Sloto-cash. All of the promotions are blocked. I even had an email from John at This is Vegas that states that my account has now been suspended. I have deposited many times at this casino in the past, but switched to Sloto-cash once the promotions stopped.

I guess John felt the need to respond again .. He said your history shows that you have cashed out $2300.00 and deposited $2950.00 so yes it is bonus abuse .. hahahaha

I responded and said I have already written off your casino, you do not need to respond to me any longer .. Thank you!!
