Play thru at Casino Share on contest 100%

Okay, the other day, I contacted Casino Share to see if they had my documents. No I didn't win but thought I would do it and get it over with. I find that I tend to play at the casinos that have my documents so If I do win (huh), I can just cash out immediately.

So, first they asked if the documents were requested. When I said no, but explained why I asked, I was told that "they" would let me know when I needed to send them over (of course this would delay a payment).

Then I went on to ask why in my cashier (if you go to withdraw, even with no balance) it showed my current balance of play thru was 37 and the amount I still had to fullfill was $600.00!!!!!

I know with RTG's, if you play down to zero, that wipes out the playthru for your previous bonus. I don't know how the Rivals are. But do all the Micros do this?

TDTAT, this was from the 100% bonus I got the other day. So If I were to make a deposit today (with no bonus) I would still have to play close to 600.00 before cashing out because of a "former" bonus!!!

Sorry this was so long, but I am pretty shocked over this. I can't possibly be the only person who was unaware of this. Is Intertops like this also????????

RGALP, The playthrough was on the 100% and the deposit you
made. When your balance is zero, the play resets or is supposed at
all Microgamings.

This was a special contest bonus you won, so maybe that
messed something up in the cashier.

Thanks TDTAT, I knew that sounded pretty ridiculous. I was always under the impression that once you hit zero the play thru also disappears.

I'll find out and let you know. Though the chat operator made it sound that this is how things work.

But, I will rely on what Mario has to say.
