I deposited 2 x times in the past year at the he Fortune Lounge Group... yet i still get every 1st of the month my loyalty bonus of 30 cash chips (not bonus chips) and yearly my birthday bonus of 50 cash chips (not bonus chips)....could always just hit the cashin button immediately but always play them, they are free after all..... cashed out 3 times in the past 5 months from this freebies.... now that is how it should be.

I haven't deposited for 8 months at the Casino Rewards Group, yet every 4-6 weeks they drop at least 20 chips into my account, cashed out twice on those, never a problem.

On top i was always paid in 24-48 hrs!!! not 5-7 days like Sloto is offering.

all casinos can pay us very quickly but .... they do not want because they now a lot of players cannot wait and replay all their winnings , so I do not think they will change somethings

they know also if we cashout we replay , but not only where we won , it is surely the reason I guess

an example , I cashed out same day at grande vegas and golden euros ( same group )

I cashed out on wednesday and I asked to be paid on friday because after it is week end , I m VIP in this casino , they say no , we can't , you have to wait monday etc etc

saturday morning ( yes saturday) I received my winning from golden euros but nothing from grande vegas !! where is the logic there ? how a casino in the same group can pay me a saturday and not the other ??

That is why I do not deposit a lot now in this group , jackpot capital , grande vegas, and slotastic( I won a big jackpot here) but I hate to have to wait 3 days to get my money , my patience is at 0 :p

it is my choice but now I know they can pay quickly , I always ask to be paid by neteller option Smile

Samsarah, you are so right.... why can 32RED do 2 payment runs every day, meaning you never wait more than 12 hrs for your winnings and other casinos can't???

The technology is clearly there but the other casinos chose to not pay you as long as possible. That for me is already rogue!!!

I only play at fast paying casinos. Period!!! everybody else out there taking days to pay will never get my money.

I apologize tawnia , I know you do not have ewallet option since many years , like neteller or some others , you need bank wire only and it is allright that they only works on working days ... so I know you do not have choice

but for us , who deposit and withdraw but ewallet option , when we see some casino pay us within 24 hours , we do not agree for those who have the same options and say that we have to wait 3/5 business days Sad !!!

The affiliate manager asked for your account name (I assume to pay the $, but I said I didn't have it) and said he asked for clarification from the security team on when and why this new rule came into effect. He said he thought it was to keep the "bonus abusers" from using the coupons and if regular depositors were being hurt they needed to rethink the rule.

I also asked why all these changes are happening, and told him I'm not happy with them, as far as the slower payouts and miscellaneous bullshit rules, and if Justine was still an owner. He said yes she was, but he would ask his superiors what is going on and let me know.

I suppose they are thinking of a diplomatic way to tell me they are trying to increase revenue. Rolling Eyes

I did make it clear that their name is being drug around in the mud and that they lost a big depositor over $30, and a stupid free chip rule that may save them a few small payouts and how foolish that is in my opinion.

Tawnia, of course i would like to know with what kind of excuses they would come up with. LOOOL Laughing wouldn't expect anything else.

I never abused their bonuses, nor did i claim repeatedly free chips as i hardly bother with RTG or Rival. This was an occasion because i wanted to have an alternative to the casinos with Microgaming software. And i chose to give SLOTO a try because i remembered them to be a quick paying casino. Turns out they are a very lame duck.

Thanks for making it clear to them that their rules are indeed foolish. And yes, surely all the rules are made up to create more profit for the casino, not for the player. After all they are not a charity. But if they come up with such ridiculous rules then they should not wonder if potential players will look for other places to deposit their dosh.

Let me know if he comes up with another update after speaking to his superiors. That is already a joke to be honest as he is the affiliate manager. Usually in such position you know very well what is going one unless you are not doing your job.

Oh boy big can of worms.... LOL

I always use a "deposit" bonus. I hope they don't consider that abuse. It's not like I ever cash out!!! And Samsarah is right, when you have to wait you get anxious and reverse the cashout. And with Sloto, if you have a cashout pending, I don't believe you can deposit. Silly on their part because you are willing to spend more money, but they want you to reverse the cashout.

It bothers me because I could really buid up a balance with the Rivals, but not lately. It's like all the machines are turned down.

And one last note, I soooooo miss the Micros!!!!!!! And I really like playtech too. Especially the keno, I remember getting into the 20,000's and no (me bad) didn't cash out!!!!!!

Wow, so here is a bit of good Sloto news. I cashed out $400 yesterday from $40 in monthly vip cashback and was paid today (to an ewallet). I did email the vip manager and ask for it to be expedited as a vip player, but I am surprised and happy. Very Happy

RGLAP Smile I closed sloto cash a longgggg time ago , they called me bonus abuse coz like u I always used deposit bonus but I cashed out 150 , 50, 75 or some sums like this time to time , they do not like this and they blocked my redeem code case Smile so , what to do with this ? that is why I closed it , they gave so much deposits bonuses and after this they do not appreciate you use them , inetbet is same , if you use all their deposits bonuses and cash out , they block your bonuses codes :p

samsarah1, Cool! I don't play the rival anymore... I won on Big Shot (rtg). I love that slot, when it is hitting you can win a lot on the free spins, they multiply each spin, so if you get 20 spins, at the end the last spin is worth 20x your bet. Razz

TDTAT that's awesome!!!!! I hope they smarten up cuz I really like the Rivals. I feel I can make more money with them.

But Samsarah, that really turns me off. Why do they offer bonuses if they don't want you to use them??? I really may have to rethink my play choices from now on.
