						| Well, today I received an email saying I rec'd a 40.00 loyalty chip.  Problem was, it was from Wednesday.  I inquired thru live chat, and he told me that bonuses are on Wednesdays now.  That's funny, because I got one last Sunday. 
 So there's "possibly" your answer.  I'm pretty pissed at Yahoo, because my mail is running really late.
 
 Today, I received a 15.00 chip form Davinci's, that expired in 2 days.  It was dated April 3rd!!!!!!

						| I hope you hear from Megan as Rachel has answered by email yet.  I just find this strange.  Other forum members are having the same problem, all with different email servers.  It's like they just shut off the power.

 delayed by service providers..  DO you think they decided

 Remember last week you got no emails then made a gmail acct and Now you get emails?
 
   
 We know for certain there are BLOCKS AND DELAYS
 from ISPs including yahoo. We also know that Rival's
 own email system can block or delay to/from some isps.
 We know they are working to find solutions.
 
 If you do not receive timely responses to your queries,
 then assume they did not get your email or it is delayed
 and go to live chat and explain

   Great to hear.. the funny thing is hearing
 people complain about the live chat service at one Rival whilst
 saying another has such wonderful service..
 GUESS WHAT: Live chat is the same for all Rivals..

						| TDTAT, I went to live chat way before I sent any email.  Their answer was they would have to send inquiry to the promotions department.  Strange to me why live chat can credit one account and tell another account they have to send it to the promotions department.  No offense to voodookitty. 
 No, I don't think they are purposely not answering emails.  But I think they could handle things alot better and if they can't send emails, then go on the forums that support them and let people know what is going on.
 
 I think that it is time I took a break from this forum.  Every time I post something that you take as a bitch about Rivals, you make it a point to call me out on it.  I was not bitching about the emails, I was making a statement as did other members of this forum.  Actually my post was nicer than some here.
