hello everyone i have been going back and forth for 2 days now with pantasia,apperently i made a depossiton 12-26 and they double charged me so anyway i have been back and forth w/netspend and pantasia trying to figure out who is in the wrong??i keep mailing rachel which in my case is VERY fast to respond but for some reason not this time!! i am getting SOOOOOOOOO frustrated now i am about to blow!! i had put my gambling budget money on my netspend for the weekend to deposit and i cant even deposit any where because of all these bulll charges Crying or Very Sad Crying or Very Sad Crying or Very Sad Crying or Very Sad Crying or Very Sad

How much was your deposit ? if it was $50 or more sometimes it shows double charge than when the first one clears the other one will drop and the money show back on your net spend. It's happened to me at slot cash. Good luck and I hope my answer was helpful

I had this happen once also with NetSpend. Anyway I remember it took quite a while (over a week) to clear. Sorry very frustrating I know but I think the problem is with NetSpend and "clearing" not the casino. Hope it all works out.

I still have a netspend on my account for over 100.00 thats been being held up for 2-3 weeks now.

Here's the deal, guys. Netspend is holding in pending the gambling transactions even though they have actually run through. That's what makes it look like the casinos have double charged you. 0$-$99 will take 7 days to fall off and $100 and up will take 30 days. If your transaction has been flagged as coming from an online casino then expect it to happen.

As of yet, QT deposits and some RTG and MG deposits that go thru different processors are not being held but all Rivals are.

I know this because I went round and round with Netspend about the same thing. They wouldn't budge and take them off one minute early. We are going to have to be more creative about deposits. All my deposits to Rivals now go thru QT.

michael1, I told you already that it is netspend's fault not pantasia..
You can go around with Pantasia all you want, but will
not get your money until netspend fixes their double charge. Embarassed

Yep, netspend is the faulty party with the double charge thing...
(of course, I would love to Blame Pantasia...!)

I have had double charges that remain pending for about a week or so,
sometimes longer and sometimes only a couple of days.
Might I add... not just on gambling transactions, but I also used it at a couple
of convenient type of stores like 7-11 and Quick Stop, and had the same
issue with the 'pending' transactions.

I try and stick to Wired Plastic because the transaction fee is only .45 cents
and I do not have to have a headache because I do not have access to my
money with Netspend and those pending transaction issues.
