-Contest payments and prizes:
Paypal charges a fee for an incoming payment. For this reason, most
cash contest prizes will be raised to $30 or more, with some exceptions,
such as current slot tournaments. Cash prizes are always paid in the US dollar amount.

I had wondered if the slot tournament prizes and any others that are $25 could just be raised to $26 when paid to netspend. The minimum deposit to the casinos I can play at ( rivals ) is $25 and netspend charges $1. So I end up not being able to deposit my winnings if I don't happen to have any extra in netspend. Thank you
