OK NO ONE WITH AN old Casino Vendome acct can get the $10
NOONE from Canada can get the $10 either 
A few months ago there was a $10 free from Vendome..
so if you got that this $10 wont be instant
and the caisno is not crediting.. i am trying
but does not look good if it wasnt instant..
