ok i just got off the phone with John, and he said that you can cash out the bonus.
the max withdrawal is $200 after you have rolled it over 10 times.
and you can do the withdrawal to your bank account or through Currier, which is like fedex. And there is no charge to use fedex.
and the time frame for the withdrawal is 3-10 business days.

wow John was very nice.
and I already have the money in my account.
