I haven't been able to play ANY rival software casinos because sometime back some of them took over some other casino accounts. I had accounts with these rival casinos already but they also got my accounts from the casinos that they took over........ So now all of them say that I have multiple accounts and they will not allow me to play. I don't think this is fair, because I didn't signup more then 1 time with them but they show multiple accounts with my email address. I made MANY attempts to straighten this out but all of my accounts are locked, and say contact support. I'm just not going to even mess with it any more. The only thing is I really do like their software, but it isn't worth all the bs, I'll stick with microgaming I like it just as well. Good luck to all who get to play at rivals....WIN A BUNCH !!!!!!!!!!!!

no Rival took over anyone, what are you talking about?
You are allowed to have ONE account at each casino as always.

Maybe someone lives with you and made duplicate accounts?

Maybe someone has a similar email like wildone at yahoo or msn
and it is messing things ups?

As far as being fair, they are. I have found no other casinos
as a whole as fair as Rival.. In fact Rival has unlocked some SERIOUS
multiple abuse accounts when I have asked which no other casino
ever has...

If you want me to find out, send me all you user names by PM
and if you have not done anything wrong I guarantee
your accounts will be reopened...
(I can maybe even get a few accidental duplicate
account problem resolved.. but if many duplicates
are there it will not work.)

If you do not plan on depositing, or want to stick
to Micro, I understand, no problem and we can forget it
