I signed up for sloto'cash and my 5.00 was not in the cashier promos, talked to live person was not helpful just said they would look into it and email me..we all know how that goes. oh well looked fun

If the $5 was not in the cashier, you did not use
a no luck link to register.. this $5 is Exclusive

Also, if you have your cookies disabled,

I tried to claim the $5 no deposit and the message given was that my account was not eligible to receive bonuses. The Live Chat was not open. Hello! Live chat is open like 7am to 9 or 10 pm...
You may have accidently opened 2 rival accounts
at one casino or maybe be blocked for using 2 different emails..
