I've e-mailed support 2 days in a row now with my YouTube user ID and casino login ID (both Kitzianne) but still nothing. I confirmed via the link, did I do something wrong or do you think they are that busy with this?

I had gone to the live chat a little while ago and this is what they told me:
Ray: Please note that you must confirm your subscription (by following the link youtube sent to you trough email) and send us your youtube user ID and your Vegas Regal Casino user ID to ....

Which is their you tube account and while you are logged in to your you
tube account click subscribe to their channel and then email both your youtube and casino user name. What they want you to do is subscribe to their Youtube channel.

OR Maybe they mean you can not get the promo unless you actually received the email from post #1. This may only be for players who got the email from vegas regal announcing this promotion.

So to recap: 1. Subscibe to the youtube channel. 2. email support both your user names for youtube and the casino. 3. wait for crediting

Players who are blocked from bonus can not get the $20.

That is all I know.
