Ok here's the deal, on June 26th I tryed to make a deposit at Casino Share using my net spend visa, I had plenty of money on my card but my deposit dident go through, it was rejected by my bank, (net spend ) So I went to check my account online and it showed that the deposit that I tryed to make was pending, so I called net spend to see what was going on, thay said the funds were being held becouse it was being used for online gambling, well I went off at that point, without admiting that this was true, I told them that thay had no right to tell me where and how I can spend my money, this is a pre-paid card so its not like I was using credit. any way I ended up hanging up on them, I then sent them a email telling them to put my money back on my card so that i could withdraw it and close my account, I never got a reply email but today I checked my account and it show's that the deposit that I tryed to make at casino share was sent today, So I went to casino share to see if my money was there, well it was not. so I called net spend to find out why, thay told me that the deposit was made today to ....

and thay said it was accepted, So I returned to casino share to see why it wasent in my account, I talked to support and was told that the last deposit was rejected by my bank on the 26th, and that there hasent been a deposit made sence, I them called to talk with a manager and was told that I would need to send a bank statment showing that a deposit was made today, I explaned that I could send my online bank statment but thay said no I have to have the bank send me a statment by mail I then have to scan it and send it to them. this will take forever that is if net spend will even send me a statment. I just dont know how to handel this, I did send a email asking net spend to put the money back on my card wich thay did not do. now the money is lost, and i tryed to deposit on the 26th and the bank rejected it yet that does no show on my account. it only shows that the deposit was made today the 29th, I would be very thankful for any help I can get with this.

I had a similar situation when depositing at Grand Mondial, but the error
was corrected, quickly.
I tried to deposit and it accepted my deposit, however when I went back
in to the casino, there was NO money in there.
It showed as an authorized transaction on my Wired Plastic account.
And, it was not showing in my "Cashcheck" at the casino.
I went to Live chat at Grand Mondial, and had a chat with 'Vera' who said
they would look into it and someone would contact me within 24 hours.
They did in fact, contact me within 24 hours later and posted the said
deposit into my account.
