ldyhaythe, did you go to live chat and have them correct the problem about your welcome 300%??? They will fix that for you so you will get your promotions, just ask live chat about them.

Went and checked,they gave me a 10.00 loyalty bonus.Played longer on that then when i got the 100.00 for 25.00 first deposit.Did not win anything but played a while.
