It is strange to me too. I get better bonuses and freebies from the 400 group than I do Pantasia/Mayan and I also deposit mostly with P/M.

I wasn't B**tching. Still love Pantasia. Not so much Mayan cause I have casino software problems every so often. (Sometimes when I log in another name comes up and then switches to mine. How Odd!!) I have certainly received more bonuses from Pantasia than any other place. Howev er, would just like to know when to deposit.

well .... last friday i email mayan support to ask where my loyalty bonus was..... they said that i must have a qualifying deposit in order to receive it. OK - so last week i deposited $34 ... BUT still got nothing this week

... this time the response from support is that "qualifying' meant that the deposit must have been made between saturday and SAT and WED !!
sure would have been nice if they had explained that the first time !! because I deposited at 11:30 PM on friday ..... GRRRRR
