The emails weren't sold. It was part of an agreement with Playsafe since they stopped taking US players.

If they already had an account with Mayan then they would be blocked, or if they have account problems then it would block them as well.

What happens is if a player has had multiple accounts in the past, and we corrected this, then they go and create another account it will block all their accounts.

Here is an exert of the email that is being sent"Your address was
provided by Playsafe Holdings Inc. as you have played at one of their
casinos. Playsafe Holding no longer accepts US players and as such has
transferred your email to Mayan Fortune Casino for your convenience."

Hope this explains things. If a player does get blocked we can review the account.
