Ok, my fellow gamblers...I really don't want to be a whiner, but live chat has been tough lately. Anyone else? Specifically Uptown Aces and Fair Go. I am usually very happy with live chat, but when I get this message:
You are number 3 in the queue. Please wait...only to sit there for 45 minutes and then get booted out...it's frustrating. Did something change? Uptown was always great with live chat...they were so prompt. But lately, it's been hit or miss. Maybe it's just me? After waiting 45 minutes, I get this message:
Pending a support staff member to join, you can write your questions, and as soon as a support staff member confirms this chat, he will get your messages

Then I wait some more or get disconnected. Sorry, feeling frustrated Sad

kaymast24, Yeah that is terrible. I noticed the chat box changed a few weeks ago. I've only used live chat a couple of times since I noticed the new window and that was at Intertops. The answered in a timely fashion. Send me your user name via private message and I will contact a manager and try to get this resolved. Thumbup

In the meantime, I would suggest waiting a minute or two and closing the window to try again if it goes unanswered. If that doesn't work, send an email with your request and make sure to include that you could not reach live chat and the time. I know it sucks to wait when you're trying to get cashback or whatever, so they're going to have to get this sorted.

I talked to one of the casino managers and they said they are implementing new chat software, and there have been some technical issues, but the problems should be resolved soon. I have asked for more details about the time frame so I will update this thread when I have more information.

Exclamation For now I would suggest: If you wait more than a few minutes for live chat, try closing the window and opening it again.

Oh my God sooooo true. This new chat....I"m not impressed. And I get timed out and booted out while waiting!!!!!!

Yup, I noticed this all started when they "changed" their live chat. Sometimes it's great...other times, not so great. Thanks for contacting them, TDTAT. I'll just have to be patient until they have all the bugs worked out. Laughing

I would suggest waiting no longer than 2 or 3 minutes. If no one answer in a few minutes just close the window and try again. Hopefully they will get the software problems sorted soon. I am expecting more details soon.

If you have live chat problems after today please list the time (including time zone) and casino here so I can report any ongoing problems.

Ok, it happened again, so I will put it out there. Tonight it was Fair Go Casino, I was "number 3 in queue". I waited again for at least 30 minutes, only to get booted out. I was asking live chat about cash back. I had made 3 deposits. I tried to log out and try again, only to be bumped back to "number 5 in queue" My time zone is Eastern Time (Michigan) I've been trying from approx midnight until 2:00 AM Crying or Very Sad I've had fun playing, but when it comes to live chat.....it sucks. I hope this gets better!

I hate to post this, I really do. Sad Because I really wanted to like Fair Go, and I was so glad when their live chat seemed better. But....tonight's been worse than ever. I'm sure others can relate - I simply don't have time to wait....and wait....and wait for a response, only to get booted out. It is so frustrating. I have deposited several times, giving them chance after chance. I thought the problem was resolved, but it's not. I allow myself 2 hours of gaming, and it's very frustrating when 75% of that time is spent waiting for a response. I don't want to be a whiner...I'm only posting this as information to anyone who might benefit from it. I hope it gets better...I will definitely post any positive experiences as well.

kaymast24, Thanks so much for letting me know. I will send your feedback over to the manager. They told me they were working on it, so hopefully it gets better. I personally am not as patient as you are.
