Is Cool Cat Blacklisted?

I know RTGs got a bad rap, but I thought Cool Cat was reliable. Short story I recieved this in an email offering No Max, No playthrough, made five deposits with two different coupons. With these terms in the email:

Get a $200 Free Chip for Redeeming 5 Codes!
For every 5 codes you redeem from the promotion above, get a $200 Free Chip! Just contact us, after you are finished with your 5th deposit and bonus and we will credit you with a $200 Free Chip. If you were able to withdraw with any of the 5 deposits you make, we will give you the $200 Free Chip anyway!

When I asked for the $200 free chip this was the response I recieved from Chris the casino manager.

Chris: Comment: this player will get the free chip for redeeming 5 codes after his next deposit using 140august. He has redeemed 4 codes so far.

Chris: You need to make one more deposit and claim one more bonus.
Chris: You were already told this by Samantha on the 26th, yesterday.
acirema77: I claim five coupons from the promotion as stated in the email. The terms state nothing about five of the same codes. And yes I was told this by Samatha, but I see no reason to make another deposit if Cool Cat cannot honor their end.

Chris: It is part of a promotion.

Chris: The promotion applies to the bonuses in the promotion.
Chris: This is not a game sir, and I know that you understand this.

I wish i could deny the charges now, but I've already sent my documents. Should I try anyway?

I don't play at any RTGs except for inetbet, I do think the CS was a little rude, and no cs should treat anyone in that manner. I do not know this promotion so I do not know the terms. I don't think you should deny the charges on your CC if that is what you are refering too, you did deposit and you did play the deposit right so denying those charges could get you in trouble. I just would say play at like inetbet if you like RTGs they seem to be the best. I am sure TDTAT will have much better advice for you. THIS IS FOR YOU ALL WHO PLAY AT RTGS YOU HAVE TO READ ALL OF THE T&C's of all the promotions and bonuses.. that goes for all casinos promos but RTGS have different T&C's Sorry I could no help more..

I would deny the charges on my credit card because you did not receive what you were led to believe you were purchasing. That is fraud. So just deny it. I know, I'm a skank, but they started it.

You go CoraBets! These RTG casinos are a rip off, that's why they offer all those free chips! You don't see iNetBet doing that, their bonuses are reasonable.

at ALL CASINOS for being a fraudulent player..
NEVER do this.. EVER.. if you do, you will be on a list

People who do chargebacks cost every other online gambler money! If it were not for all the fraudulent cheaters, we would ALL have alot higher payouts and win more!

I just had 2 players do chargebacks at Rivals and they are now

Why? Because when I email the affiliate
manager, he fixes problems. I will email him again now
about your account.. But keep in mind what I say over and over..

99% of trouble with RTG is due to bonus.. play with no bonus
at these RTGs!!
OR Play at Rival or Microgaming!!

NEVER Deny casino charges or do chargebacks because it will get you
banned at ALL CASINOS

ALWAYS Ask for or email the Casino manager CYNTHIA with problems.. you can ask for her from live chat also

I think if you had nicely explained to a manger that you
were confused, they would have credited the chip.. because

wow, quite a story. i use to play at cool cat: even cashed out twice. i stopped because i could not keep up with all the bonus terms and conditions, they are not all the same. the bonus with the free chip after you claim X amount bonus code: i always would check with live support before i redeem and deposit; just to double check. they are usually very good about going over it quickly with me.

the "flies with honey" is very true as well. EVEN when they are so wrong and just bordeline rude, or appears annoyed at me for asking a question, I still use "oh thank you so much" "you have been so helpful to me" " i really enjoying playing at your casino" and " i do apologize if i misunderstood the terms, should i check with support the next time before i deposit?" It does work, 2 of 3 times i got rtg promotion codes/terms confused, i was credited by support the free chip, they were honest mistakes.

I would not deny the charges; just getting into a creepy area with that one. even if you decide to never gamble on line again, there has got to be some other ramifications for doing something like that: receiving goods and services and not paying.

I hope it works out for you and they deposit the chip. If they don't, remember you have a choice to NEVER play at their casino again, if you chose. last time i check their are plenty of online casinos looking for "depositing customers" take YOUR money elsewhere.

Hi Tawnia,

He used 4 codes from that promo. The code he used before that was a
reativation Free Chip; that chip was not a code on the promo he recieved
(which I have attached screen shots of for your convenience).

He used one code 3 times, and another once, all 4 were from the same promo
and count toward the free chip. He only needs one deposit more with any code
of the promo to be eligible for the free chip.

Thanks for checking. I felt that I was polite, until they tried changing the terms. I certainly did not use profanity(although I wanted to)I also emailed them twice about this, both of which were ignored, before this chat session. I looked through my account history and it shows, I redeemed 140August 4 times and 190August once. Both of these coupons were part of the same promotion, and the email specifically stated,"any five coupons from the promotion above". I will not deny the charges, but the experience has really made me sick. I would not have made a fourth or fifth deposit here if I known I would not have that $200 to look forward to if I lost. I dont' mind losing, but I hate getting cheated. I will stick with Club World which is great, pays within 24 hours and always comps my deposits without a hassle. Screw Cool Cat

more shot and explain everything in an email and send it to support

Although CoolCat is not blacklisted.. there is a warning
in almost every RTG post... I always suggest Club USA, inetbet
and Atlantic Lounge for RTg depositing.
