I am a little disappointed with Intertops. I have been reading all about mailers that went out snail mail about $10 free with $25 or $24 free with $50 but I got nothing - ever - never do - anyway, I emailed and they said my acct was not eligible. I emailed back and asked "why?". I mean, I deposited frequently. They didn't even respond. I've read all over that most people got that mailer!! Has anyone got it and, if so, how - I mean, do you deposit thousands a month or something?? Just wondering! It is a nice casino, but man, it would be nice to get a freebie from them once in a while.

hey rae, i just wanted to let you know that i didn't get any snail mail either with anything free. and i to emailed them and they told me that i didn't qualify either.

and after i complained enough, they thought they were doing something nice for me by giving me free 5.

so maybe you should keep complaining at them.

i never get anything from intertops, and even when i do deposit i still have to fight with them to get a bonus

You get less bonus/freebies at Microgaming casinos
They figure they have been around the longest
and don't need to give as much bonus.. this is
how microgaming is because their bonus terms are usally
very good.. sorry

Intertops gives noluckneeded $150-$200 credits a month
for a depositor contest, and free contests which not many casinos do.

Well I am among the disappointed as well but it is my own fault. I got a phone call saying I would get the 500% first deposit bonus. In the call she didn't tell me much about it and I didn't go in and look up the way it worked. So I made my deposit for this and expected 500%. Then I went in and read it about it when it did not show up. I am still playing and playing. I cannot get enough to release any for the life of me. I was told by support that my raked hands count page should had been high enough to release some. But then they went in and looked and said oops. Your raked hands page is based on 25 cent rakes. So even though I have 41 raked hands I still need alot more to release a whopping $5 at a time. I like playing poker but it getting very difficult to release any kind of bonus on that deposit. I have deposited again just to try and get somewhere. I will probably stick to playing the casino mostly. I am just disappointed that talking to support they said I should have some released then turned around and went oops.

Poker bonuses are the same.. they are released
with paid rake automatically and all your bets
are calculated AUTOMATICALLY for the bonus release

Yeah I never did do much poker before and this is the first bonus for poker that I have tried so I just went with them telling me on the phone that I could get 500%. I just didn't go read it first. So I will just have to remember this if I ever decide to go for another poker bonus.

including any free chip unless you read the terms

you can void all wins from some bonuses
from not following the terms

Yeah I know. I was just excited about a high bonus and did not think first. Now I know better but .... it won't be the last time that I don't read the small print first lol

I guess it sounded like I was bashing Intertops...............I really wasn't. I think this casino is awesome, and yes, they offer some nice contests with great free chips that are not only cashable BUT no max cashout as well. I just do not understand how they decide who gets these special offers by mail and who doesn't. It would be great if ALL depositors received something rather than cherry picking.......it makes those of us who do not get them feel like crap

you can do is email a manager or call and express
your feelings.

You can email promotions and have them put you on there mailing list, maybe thats what the problem is?
